Leaders play an important role in almost every field at every level of the workplace. they are required to achieve a set goal in a desired way within the time limit. A few roles are mentioned below-



1. Decision Maker at the Top Level

At the top level, they cooperate in the formulation of plans and policies.

2. As A bridge between top management and layman-level

In the middle level, they interpret the policies to the lower level and become a bridge between top management and layman level.

3. As an executor at a lower level

At the lower levels, help in the execution of plans and programs designed by the top management.

4. As a representative of the organization

A leader represents his team or organization at various places and platforms like- seminars, meetings, etc. His role is to communicate the rationale of the department/organization to the outside public.
