 EXAMPLE OF GENERAL INTRODUCTION

Now, read the introduction given below and write your own introduction. Practice as much as possible till you feel confident enough to speak in front of anyone.

My name is Ms Ritu Sharma I belong to village pali, block- Sardhana, district Meerut My father Shri Jayveer Sharma is a business man and my mother Mrs Anupma  is a principal. As far as, my educational background is concerned, I passed my class X and XII in 2017 and 2019 With 75 % and 83% respectively from J S Public school, affiliated to CBSE. I was very good at management and planning hence I decided to take Bachelor of Business Administration as my subject in graduation. Currently I am pursuing BBA from Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut. I am in II year. I am very good at communication and technology in computer. I am also interested in outdoor rural sports like-Pitthu and Rope skipping. I am helpful and cooperative. I dream to be a business woman/man and earn a good social and financial status.

2.      Introduction for the student of BBA

My name Raman Sharma I belong to village Nanu, block- Sardhana, district Meerut My mother Mrs Vishakha Sharma is a principal and my father Shri Jeet Sharma is a clerck. As far as, my educational background is concerned, I passed my class X and XII in 2017 and 2019 With 75 % and 83% respectively from J S Public school, Sardhana, affiliated to CBSE. I was very good at management and planning hence I decided to study Business Administration in graduation. Currently I am pursuing BBA/MBA from Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut. I am in final year. I am very good at communication and computer skills. I am also interested in outdoor rural sports like-Pitthu and Rope skipping. I am helpful and cooperative. I am very good at management and planning hence I decided to study Business Administration. Currently I am pursuing MBA from Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut. I am in second year. I completed my project named '....................................................' in ‘A’ grade. I am very good at communication in both the language i.e. English and Hindi. I am computer savvy and learning the advance processes in electronic communication. In my free time I love to play out door games with my friends. I am sincere, concerned, helpful and cooperative. My name is Vikrant Desai. I belong to village Khanpur, block Jani, district Meerut. My mother Mrs Aditi Desai is a principal and my father Shri Rampal Desai is a Farmer. As far as, my educational background is concerned, I passed my class X and XII in 2017 and 2019 With 85 % and 86% respectively from Government Inter College, Meerut, affiliated to state board. I am interested in computers hence I decided to study Computer science in graduation. Currently I am pursuing BSc-Computer Science from Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut. I am in final year. I completed my project named '...................................................................' in ‘A’ grade. I can communicate in both the languages i.e. English and Hindi. In my free time I love to play out door games with my friends. I am sincere, concerned, helpful and cooperative. My name is Aayushi Gaur. I belong to Meerut city. My mother Mrs Arti Gaur is a principal and my father Shri Rampal Desai is Businessman. As far as, my educational background is concerned, I passed my class X and XII in 2016 and 2018 With 85 % and 86% respectively from Government Girls Inter College, Meerut, affiliated to state board. Keeping my aim in my mind I took History, Political Science and English as my subjects in Graduation. Currently I am pursuing BA from Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut. I am in final year. I scored highest percentage in BA-I and BA-II year in my college.  I love listening to music and playing badminton. I love animals irrespective of their types and breeds hence I took a part time job. I feed and medicate them out of my small earning. I am sincere, concerned, helpful and cooperative. I dream to work for speechless souls either by being a high ranked Public Servant or by opening my NGO for animals.  Thankyou

My name is Aayush Bhardwaj. I belong to village Daulara, district Meerut . My mother Mrs Anjana Bhardwaj is a housewife and my father Shri Kishor Bhardwaj is a farmer. As far as, my educational background is concerned, I passed my class X and XII in 2018 and 2020 With 75 % and 79% respectively from Kisan Inter College, Meerut, affiliated to state board. I have been watching the problems of the farmers since my childhood, so I decided to took agriculture in my graduation to explore some new formats of farming. Now, I am Pursuing BSc Agriculture from Rudra Institute of Technology, Mawana, Meerut. I am in second year. As far as my hobbies are concerned, I play either Kabaddi or cricket or any other athletic game every evening. I also love listening to music. I am a very simple, honest and hard-working person. My dream is to uplift the standard of the farming by educating and making them aware about soil texture, seeds, new farming technics, etc.  Thankyou

 'Tips for preparing Self Introduction'

This instruction is for the students who are studying or freshers. Basic knowledge for the preparation of an introduction (basic level) requires a lot of practice and repetition of oral exercise. Don’t worry I will teach you how to introduce your self to someone in just 1 minutes.

Introduction includes the following topics-

1.      GREETINGS- Never forget to greet the audience/ listener.

DON’Ts	DOs
Don’t haste	Feel comfortable.
Don’t use slang or informal words like dud, guys, hi etc.	Use formal words like- Hello, good morning, good evening, etc.
Don’t make odd gestures	Wear smile and keep good posture.

2.      NAME- While speaking your name or opening your interview, note that you should know the ‘don’ts and dos’-

No nick name	Write or speak full name of your parents.
	Give brief/one-line statement about your parents.
No details of siblings	only add numbers if required

Don’t give Unsystematic account.	Follow the timeline pattern.
	Either start from latest to the earliest or earliest to latest.
Don’t give Incomplete information.	give complete and accurate details
Don’t give  irrelevant information.	Speak clearly.
Don’t hide any thing worth mentioning.	Be honest if gap year is there.

 EXAMPLE-

                           i.          I passed my class 10th in with (…%...) in (….year…) from (….school..) affiliated to (….Board…) and class 12th in (…stream…) with (…%..._) in (…year…) from (….school…) affiliated to (….Board…).

Then I opted (….stream…) for my graduation and passed with (…%...) in (….year…) from (….college..) affiliated to (….university…).
