A place connected to the internet that stores various types of information in digital form is called World Wide Web. While a set of interconnected web pages on a single web domain is known as ‘website’.

Disadvantages:

a)      On the websites the information may be outdated and sometimes unreliable.

b)     Fake information may spread adverse publicity about the company or someone.

c)      Sometimes it becomes difficult in reaching the target audience.

d)     The spam emails can engage the space and block it for the real users.

Though website has shortcomings but a business essentially needs their own websites in today’s competitive world.
